At The Chop Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fit. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn apparel back in its original packaging with all tags still attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
